Risa is a 4th-year PhD student in the Neurobiology and Behavior program co-advised by Ai and Dr. Hemali Phatnani. She is interested in how intracellular crowding influences protein interactions and how these events relate to neurodegeneration. Risa received her B.S. in Neuroscience from Brown University. Outside of the lab, she enjoys journaling, doing yoga, and drinking tea.
